Just wondering if you bought a rumah WIP. And i assume most of the people are low-middle income family. Just wondering what if thing below happened?
1. A lot tenant not paying maintenance.
2. Uneducated people (i think most pppl know who i mean) pee/shit/f**k at the staircase to become smelly.
3. People wearing shirts/baju kurung/jean to swimming pools.
4. Vandalism like graffiti or shoes step on the wall.
5. Safety of the place (Break in/stealing shoes etc).
