Slightly of topic,if I hv 8k budget,is it enough to build a high end pc to run this game on ultra?I dont own a desktop,only crappy laptop

found a grave hag near the sea with lvl ?? on her stats. my lvl at 12 atm. looks like Destiny game when u see enemy with higher lvl than u lol

i'm level 14 and done read all notice board in novigrad. i regret that decision. now there are so many "?" on my maps, so many stuff to do. And i havent finish exploring "?" at velen yet.
