Will there be any link bridge or covered walk-way to upcoming MRT? The distance is not so near as can tell, still need to walk across from the other side.

walk in parkor at least footpaths is good for health. walk on highway...

The SOHO really fully furnished. Too bad sold out already.
Left 3 bed rooms unit only.
Landmark 1 should be launching later this year.

why dont u visit the sale gallery? ready with sample unit.

i noticed got black galaxy counter top with some top branded electrical appliance and wardrobe dont feels like from IKEA type

ya i got the invitation letter earlier, where is the exact location ? Silk Sky one of the design also black galaxy counter top .. maybe using same designer ?

one thing is the price bracket is affordable for young generations. The other thing is ppl nowadays just want a place to sleep and thats it, less hassle to clean and easy to manage. Ideal for single and also couples...

I prefer the developer to build 2 room service apartment...700sf or 800sf is OK...then sell in 300k to 350k....

ya that would be a good idea, but instead most developers in klang valley just go into SOHO. Seldom heard got 2 room type nowadays. Silk Sky got a few corner units that are 2 room type and sold off even before soft launch.

i also aiming that only that time, coz come with 2 car parks and next to soho. i can camouflage it as commercial use next time. but unfortunately all taken up by land lords as contra units
