anyone using Poweramp app to play music in your Note 4? does anyone facing any issue?

before this i didn't put my music library in this Note 4, as i use other DAP for music.. today just out of curiosity, i took 64gb microsd contain my music library and put it on my Note 4, and try to play using Poweramp.. the sounds came out is inconsistent, like volume level goes up and down, like wave.. if i play with the volume rocker, level the volume down, sometime it become too soft.. dunno how to explain, but it doesn't sounds right..

at first, i though the headphone jack got problem, but when i play spotify and other media player like youtube, it sounds ok.

so, is it the poweramp problem, or maybe my microsd card, or something with Note 4 (exynos) audio driver (my music library mostly FLAC and quite high bit rate) maybe it just can't support...?

anyone using Poweramp can please share experience?

Hi everyone. Busy lately can only read all the comments. I accidentally drop my phone on the road. Luckily there is Spigen Neo Hybrid case and the tempered glass protecting it. Quite satisfied with my purchase. But have a permanent scratch on the case. And I just want to ask can we use metal polish to remove the scratches on the metal band of the phone? There is someone suggest to buy the polish from Daiso.

dont think so..since the frame is not made out of metal..

It is dark grey. Not really blue to me. 3 Colors is avaliable.

Yes I experienced this ONCE last week. It happened when I was listening with Poweramp, and started CoC.
It behaved as what you mentioned. After I closed CoC, it didn't happen anymore.

I did the same thing again by playing CoC and Poweramp again, but it didn't recur.

Could be an intermittent audio streaming issue in the OS ?

I tried buying the cloth metal polish from daiso. Not much use. Only can make vanish very very fine scratches. A bit deeper than no effect d. Sad. Whole metal frame got scratches due to the spigen casing.

i have an extra neo hybrid casing.. thinking of selling it off...

I see.. Its quite a relief to know perhaps its not just mine is a lemon unit..

So i also done a test on my Tab S 8.4.. It also having an issue, but a bit different, it stutter sometime while playing a track..

I guess there is a little issue on samsung rom with regard to audio.. Even Mediapad X1 can play my music library smoothly, same library, same memory card

I'm having the same problem as you. Using Verus Iron Shield. Read at XDA it's not because of the case itself but because of the design of the chamfered edges of Note 4 . So, I just keep it using it since have no other choice. I don't like flip case or soft jelly/TPU case.
