Hi all, just got the Note 4 on Friday. Initially wanted to get the Gear S which is on 20% discount but not aware that there is a hour time frame to redeem once you press the redeem button in the Galaxy Life apps. Not sure why Samsung does this. I manage to save the redeem code in the screen shot. Is there a way to redeem this? Appreciate some advise.

Some are just plain Samsung haters. They just couldn't resist jumping at any slight opportunity to condemn the phone. Some simply based their opinion on hearsay or a bad experience with an earlier model
There is this Nexus4 user who has very bad words about Samsung solely based on his experience on the Galaxy W a low end model. And he openly declared Samsung as a hopeless phone
Any bad news about Samsung is good news to such haters

I had used practically all the Galaxy S n all the Note series. I won't say Samsung made the best phones nor they made the worst . Every make has its pro n cons
Sometimes the con are so important to an user that they condemn the phone as bad. They conveniently forgot its strengths
I had used a large variety of Androids too - Dell, HTC, Sony, Huawei, LG , Oppo, Opo etc and each of them too had its cons. There is no 10/10 phone yet
I will be glad if I can rate 8/10 as a good phone for me
This Note4 is best Samsung phone I had used to date n I rate it a 9/10. My recent used phones as comparison LG G Pro2 8/10, Mate7 9/10, iphone 6+ 7/10, Find 7 7/10, One+One 8.5/10 etc.

Today morning this happen to my note 4 camera. Anyone had this issue before. I restart phone 5 times only can use back the camera. Keep on test. Panic me die.....

You know me not IFEG can liao. Me android ROYAL / LOYAL user.

I can feel your feeling right now... same as my feeling last time when facing camera problem...
My camera problem worst than u lol...
Camera capture picture not sharp, video lag when capture too.
At first also thought is software issue, after update to latest firmware cant solve it, send to SC damansara... within 2 hours then they changed me the camera hardware for me lol.. So far so good (touch-wood) 

So you fast fast send ur note 4 to see doctor ... good luck

anyway from what you mention that Mate 7 is on bar as note 4?  9/10?  i was thinking to get the LG G3 for business trip phone since dual sim and 32gb.  can tell us more abt the Mate7? thanks for sharing again. sorry guys Im note 1,2,3,4 users as well .... but i need few phones for my works. hope u guys dun mind i asking abt the G3 and Mate7 here .

my n4 stil nekkid. feels good on hand lel. anything special on tempered  glass? never use it before. got a 10rm screen protector on n4 nia.

Got holo issue bit but feels good because the quality is good.

use tempered  glass reli wont break ka? my n2 used normal clear sp inlt. lol. no prob

To a certain extend it will break if you fall down or give a hard impact on the weak point.

Thus it wont shatter around because it will break like those spider web and still be a piece of glass on your phone.

Nothing in this earth will not break.

Believe me if you are from normal SP then you change to Glass SP you will feel the big difference.

Omg guys.... I'm at setia eco park right now and I got all 3 calls breakup like crazy........... I already tried to switch off all data connectivity and any other connection like wifi and GPS. ... still have the same problem.... ppl cannot hear me and I can't hear them.... then after a few seconds, I hear them talking again and after a few more seconds.... I can't hear them at all...... this happened also when I'm at other area... very random.... why.......... anyone have this problem b4? It's very serious....

Well...setia eco park area...all telco line is no good. Most area in Setia Alam facing this issue.

Same thing happened to me at kepong.... which the phone is showing full bar...
