Anyone suffer from phone call issues? Like during phone call, the call keep breaking up, like losing signal for a phone call, but I checked, the signal bar is full. So far, This happened only in setia eco park. Haven't really encounter the problem at other area (only makes a lot of phone calls recently in eco park).

Before that, at other area, I also got encounter a problem also, when making a call, suddenly I can't hear anything until I restart the phone. And it is not the 1st time also. But that problem seems gone and now is the breaking up call issue.


My Telco is u mobile. Any clue with this problem?

That sucks. No way to slove this issue??

I have the same problem once. Totally cannot connect to the Internet even it is in full bar. Restart the phone and it got no signal at all. After a few minutes only back online....

Sigh. ... gonna change phone if the firmware updates next won't fix the problem.

Omg guys.... I'm at setia eco park right now and I got all 3 calls breakup like crazy........... I already tried to switch off all data connectivity and any other connection like wifi and GPS. ... still have the same problem.... ppl cannot hear me and I can't hear them.... then after a few seconds, I hear them talking again and after a few more seconds.... I can't hear them at all...... this happened also when I'm at other area... very random.... why.......... anyone have this problem b4? It's very serious....

Same thing happened to me at kepong.... which the phone is showing full bar...

Omg.... suffer a lot from the poor reception... few days ago, I posted something about call keep breaking up in setia eco park. But right now... I'm in desa park city and the signal is showing 0 bar !!!! Using u mobile..... not sure of the problem is on them. But any celcom user here using note 4?might change telco.

I just need to make call here!

Updated to the latest firmware yesterday. This morning have some Wifi Issue. Even it shows connected to wifi but my apps cant run it online... Wechat/Whatsapp hardly connected. 3g/LTE seems disconnected also. Need restart my phone only can it can function properly.

About phone reception on my Note 4 near Kepong Area(Desa Park & Villa Manja), and Setia Eco Park, I change my telco from U Mobile to Maxis One Plan, and problem solved. In my house, usually have no bar, now have 1 or 2 bars, random, which I can still pick up some calls.

After using the Note 4 for more than 2 months already, so far so good. Camera is definitely a PLUS+. Call quality is OK for me, sound quality, definitely better than Note 3 and comparing to Note 2, I prefer Note 4 still. Used SPen and SNote a lot for my work SUPER USEFUL. Battery life, seems ok to me after comparing with my old Note 2 which already aged 2+. Charing speed is a bit too fast... Seems too hard to believe that is it really fully charged???? Battery life is up and down for me, due to leaving my phone unplug and use it out door a lot together with power bank. Last about 7-9 hours usage(10+ phone calls, Web Browsing, Camera, Supercell games & Messenging) Sometimes feels like the battery is bad, maybe bcoz of the updates?

I hate the aluminium frame. I got it since release, that time got no Spigen case, only cheapo case and Sammy 1, so decided to wait. Then, got micro scratches at aluminium frame, DANG. Now I'm using Spigen Neo Hybrid Case, 2 thumbs UP!

I give Note 4 8.6/10.
