QUOTE(emkay_2020 @ Sep 21 2006, 11:27 AM) hi guyz...already install kenwood 4029g hu as some said kenwood is good one n oso already add pioneer tweeter . but, the chi guy who install all d things said my front speaker is boschmann 2way is not suitable as i install pioneer tweeter n he said sounds less bass or bass lari . i dunno wheter izzit true but so far i think oklar. seriously i also not very knowledgeable in ICE but I think its quite true when he said do not use a 2-way or 3-way speaker...that is because you already have a tweeter in front....so , izzit true front speaker should get single n not 2way n izzit bcoz i add tweeter sounds not good . so far i think front speaker mostly 2 way n some got 3way... any ideas??? if i'm not wrong a 2-way and 3-way speaker actually plays the sound of the tweeter and mid range/voice...therefore if you already have a tweeter you should not put the 2-way/3-way as the high notes now would be very very audible..and again you should have just kept you money until you can afford a component set instead of buying the pioneer tweeter... if you're on a shoe string budget you should try using Uncle Sam component set...not too bad..why i keep saying that is because a component set comes with crossovers...a crossover would help you filter out which speaker should play what sound...a component set would include a tweeter, mid bass driver and crossovers...the crossover would filter out the high notes to the tweeter, the mid bass/voice sounds to the speaker..now with ur setup all sound would just come out thru the tweeter and speaker therefore producing sounds that are not so concentrated..
