not necessary need to sell ma, buy sell incurred a lot of cost leh, especially those buying subsales u also know how much cost involve every time in out.. dont 1 invest in property anymore only cash out la.. why so gan zeong?

other i dont know la, but i willing to rent out cheap although need to top up a bit.. so far my old house just vacant less than 1 month already got tenant.. keep it better than flip here flip there lo..

how many % is selling i don't know but people around me only got noted got 1 land flipper, but i have no plan to take the reduce profit because i dont 1 so mafan buy sell cause myself more work to do.. by the time still working have no issue to slowly repay mortgage either in 10 or 20 years, just keep all my current houses basically will give me sufficient financial support for kids higher education, own retirement..

May be u have friend who holding only all vp soon units.. That why their hand have all units open for sales.. But my side don't have change to see this kind of portfolio, even got hold new unit also just 1-2 units while the rest are old houses. As long no need to cover for much of the repayment just take it as piggy bank la, those insurance plan also work in same way, u put in money then wait until its maturity date only give u back ur money..

Economy doing fine just some bad news he see like sky fall, doing business 90% kantoi he see easily bring his monthly income to record high.. Bear2 repo people, i see people success or fail their business in both side.. When people only meet those failure they will thought whole world also fail, but when u meet with good and bad, then u will know all this is all about how much knowledge u have to run the business.. Common misconception is doing business earn big buck, but what i see is even biz owner with title datuk also need to cry and beg for rental discount when they simply just have money but dont know how to run the biz..

Without inflation my properties will have shaking support because impossible for it alone to go up in price, but got inflation support i will be less worry on that, teh tarik at my previous taman selling from rm1 to rm1.4 in just 3 years period.. Lol

U forget liao, i bought subsales ur so call inflated property leh.. The price u quote was belong to 1st hand owner.. Loan margin lower just because of bank not allow so i am forced to loan less than 90%..

Got owner have no rush to sell it off can call higher than valuation price ma.. Sell house is not like vege if i would like to sell at least i need to give it a time frame of 6mths to 1 year lo.. My agent did ask me sell also ma, may be he see me like a reasonable people so he expect i wont ask for ridiculous price so that easy to dispose kua..
