He want 800K quality with 300K price tag, don't waste your gas suggest to him.

From now I will only dog eye him until he wake up from his dream.

See or not he everyday he talk about GT, Amaya, Midfield, that's the quality he want, but his pocket only can afford 400K, that why he cry foul property is 200K inflated.

Like I want BMW 3 series which is 240K but only afford 40K Saga rance so i cry BMW 200K inflated, come in Lyn day & night cursing price will drop , then wait months after months, year after year.

This Sochai deserved to be dog eyed.

Yesterday only i drive by that area, i can 99.9% tell you Ah Bear wouldn't like it.

Your Capel or Fennel maybe he like by not this project area, some area of Sentul ok but most still very dated.

Personally i also like KL North compare to KL South, morning rush hour also not as congested, but knowing Ah Bear he wouldn't like it, previously i say i prefer North he laugh kao me & ask me go live in ulu area Rawang Bukit Beruntung, North have mixture of different race & new & old township, Ah Bear modern boy don't like old charm like us Uncle one.

Setapak & Wangsa Maju don't say i dog eye him again, what he can afford he cannot accept, what he can accept he cannot afford, still these area full of UTAR student who he consider low class, Malay/Chinese Mixture is like 50/50 sure he don't like, Chinese food in the area also no much, only good thing is No toll if working in KL City Centre.

PV is like student hostel lah, even he can afford i don't recommend, 222, 288 Setapak Green, Riana Green East, above his mean lah.

Market far from quiet, in fact even what Showtime predict market back to 5-10% inflated yearly, it will still take at least 3 years, to chase away the gambler, so Ah Bear you might need to wait till 2018 & beyond to see any correction in price, & thats correction base on 2018 price not 2014 price.

Property is far from unsustainable in Malaysia, you want to know what is unsustainable ? Look at Hong Kong property price, it is unsustainable ? but still growing despite the most expansive in the world, developer will just build smaller & smaller unit, don't be surprise if future standard condo will be 500sf maybe even 400sf, Previously standard 3 room Condo is 1000sf, then shrinked to 850-900sf, now most new project is 750-770sf, next it will be 500sf.

If you really want unsustainable i would say you need to wait till, both husband & wife combined income can't even pay for 1 500sf apartment, like 1 standard apartment 1 Million above, Condo 2 millions above, 1 DSL 5 millions above, even both proffesional earning 10K each can't afford a mass market house, 95% people can't even afford a Flat, then is call unsustainable.

Like you & GF combined income can't even buy 1 Flora Damansara, then only is called unsustainable.
