Most car don't need Ron 97 especially car like Vios which can even run on fuel with Ron 90, pumping Ron 97 is wasted.

If low salary like 4K then increased 1.1K need to follow 1/3' rule of thumb, as lower income group need reserved larger portion of their salary for essential & emergency.

Higher income groups have more room for loan, as they have more than enough for reserved & essential.

How ? Apply for BR1M already or not ? Heard must do it fast as 1st payment coming soon.

They bought is at "discounted" price & offload even later than most flipper to gain maximum profit, as they have huge reserved to hold, i know 1 fellow tell me he will sapu 10 units at one go then slowly release 1 by 1 to push the price to new height, according to him the margin better than his business thumbup.gif
