Update - sent to the service center in berjaya plaza. First they ask me to come back around 1 hour later. So 1 hour later I came back, they gave me back the phone, still cannot detect network. Now say 7 working days 

I scare I become like that user whose phone keep going in and out of service center     

But no problem before updating my phone...

Sigh...

So next time if still cannot solve, I should demand 1 to 1? Seriously can make such demand or not?

My opinion, avoid lenovo.
My boss is using K910. Claim warranty within 2 weeks. The motor inside the camera spoil, cannot focus.
1 to 1 exchange with almost 2 weeks waiting.

Almost 4 months of using, the phone now will auto reboot / blackout without reason. Probably a fatal error is coming soon.
Other than that, the touch screen is insensitive. My boss complaint that, he need touch harder to take photo, so the phone move and the picture become blur lol.

I still prefer their old slogan make believe.
Although they disappointed me about firmware update, for the first few generations of android phone.

I applied for product consultant for Sony recently. Seems like very hard job.

I'm afraid of that actually, handling customers isn't my skills, plus during interview they told me will be given a sales target

I have worked in service before (being part-time waiter), so I know how difficult customers can get. I also try to be nice and polite to sales rep, I usually don't ask or demand much one.

But sometimes the promoter also a bit blur about the items they promote. At the 1 U roadshow, there was a girl who told me (when I was comparing between the Z3 and Z3 compact), both are same except Z3 has faster processor. I was like "huh?" (cos I know the only difference is RAM, not processor). Then she kena corrected by all her colleagues and she looked at the info brochure to check and was like "oh yeah oh yeah".

Berjaya plaza. Supposedly this is the main service center and the "fastest" one.
