what her said was clear the camera and check the issue, so I said don't format she say ok and then she also write on the service request paper there.

for the 2nd time back cover issue, it took only less than 2hour to fixed it (that day Saturday). but at the end scratch my front screen and back cover bulge out again on the next day lol

3rd time it took around 3 hour ( I watch 1 movie then hang around at bts) when I go back it already at the front desk (I saw her took out at the drawer)

so... quite fast to fix the appearance issue I think.

but this time need to wait next day lo.. since I only went there when they about to close. lol
she said next 2 day..maybe quite serious? lol
change a new phone to me la pls sony
