I doubt that.
In order to get access to UOB Online (internet banking), you need the PIN. UOB practice is they won't send you the PIN. You need to request the PIN at the branch or fax/fill in some forms. I don't think they also accept PIN request via CS in phone. Correct me if I'm wrong. |

If you do it at the branch, no T-Pin is required. You will be asked to key in 7 digits (temporary) on the spot.
