Coming thursday I'm sending my car for diagnosis. I suspect the humming sound it's producing is another cracked wheel bearing. Sudah tukar dua kali. Let's hope it's that and not something else.

Also, I'm filing on my oil leakage. Last visit the sc did not file in my predicament.
So I'm heading to PJ sc and get my friend to really look into it.

Every cars have got its' problem. But I like my car to be near perfect which is why after sales service is important to maintain trust and loyalty. IMHO, Malaysia still lacking in servicing sector. It's meagre and not given much attention on.

meaning air con service would amount to 60 only?

saw the quotation of RM 720.

I just sent in a two page long ordeal on my predicament.
hopefully it will be attended to.

I would ask if the allegation of fault put on the window tint is it based on past track records or an assumption made by the management.

If yes, ask for enlightenment and explanation on how the tint affects the operation of the demister.

The point is to question their logic and allegation. To me it's bullshit, because everyone else use 3rd part tints and we suffer no problem.

And this is where service fails. because they are so engrossed in being right than being kind. As a result, customer's confidence goes down the drain. How much trouble can it take to set things right? we are speaking on a single bloody line that is not functioning as it should. if you can't fix the problem, at least offer a consolation like free labour service on next round. either way, Malaysia fails miserably in terms of service.

Please heed my advise and question their own shit.

If they get stuck at answering your question on how and why tints may result in malfunction demister, ask why other brands of cars that have tints does not suffer from such faultiness.

3. Nissan offers tinting service as added accessories during purchase, does that mean that the tints offered by Nissan are far better in quality than others? (Will be a major bomb if they managed to answer the first question i listed. They answer no also die, yes also die.)
