Need to understand more about this location. The price range now everywhere is also high, as long as the quality is good then should be fine but this hard to tell now.

wonder why setia haruman project sales going so slow... any idea?

Setia haruman aka mk land is not known for ground breaking design, concept, competitive pricing, classy landscape, they are just average developer...

Location is quite strategic but developer reputation to deliver the best quality product and design is questionable....

gardenview also classy, just wrong pricing (tamak kot)

this one seems competitive, though other condos have own facilities (swimming pool etc) rather than sharing with clubhouse
if indeed ceria shares with houses, be sure to include it in your price comparisons

Want go in buy sure no problem...
But pls go in with at least 20%-30% downpayment...

If u not u gonna struggle to rent out at competitive rate compare to ur neighbour competitor...

dont really get what u trying to express...

20-30% downpayment?

if not struggle to rent out?

u mean if no 20-30% downpayment the rental unable to cover repayment value?
