Some people don't like balcony. who notice they brochure tile finishing it's mentioned using selected tile!! what mean is that 1st time seeing this term?

It's as general as it is. Typically is China made tiles lo. Average quality. If White Horse or other good brands sure will tayang big big...hehehe

How's the sales now anyone knows? I heard all units facing pool snapped up.

i think ceria is condo, its residential title, so there is no shopping mall... those have shopping are all commercial title like service apartment, soho, sofo, sovo type...

Yah, the tiles are "selected" by them ma, so can be any type of tiles lo!

Type B & C have the same amount of light, power, ceiling fan, ac & TV points, bigger unit should give more ma!

But yeah...comparing in terms of value for money and practicality hands down Ceria win la...480k gets u a 1000sqft...

verdi 700sqft already 450k++...900sqft 650k++...

U notice what i notice? apparently developer tactics of compressing the size and selling it more expensive by rebranding shoe box unit as luxury living only the masses can accept....

Verdi try to use this tactic to con rich people...doesnt seem to work apparently...

Bro...i think even during launching the concept for ceria is practicality...which means decent/average design....acceptable facilities...BUT value for money...that means u get a unit with cheaper psf price relative to market rate and u get cheaper monthly maintenance fees...
