Wakaka.... heard big boss abang Kerbau of Akisama.. Plan move out from naga Emas n move in to this OR penthouse.

Hi , i try to read all the comment from here... may i know more detail about this developer.
because i have already placed booking LakePark Residence. Project will complete 2018 August

Agent told me very good selling point in this project.
1.)Develope(JL99) already bought over the whole lake ,infuture will fancing whole lake and open for semi public,
2.)will beutify the shop lot near by his show room , rclxms.gif
3.)will create one road from the condo to MRR2 and one flyover from the used car (beside MRR2) to heading Sungai Buloh. rclxub.gif
4.)will change the pasar raya become like a complex concept for instead or something .

But in the same time, my cousin told me the false and my concern.
1.)This is Lake Mine (Any disavantage? )
2.)Because the place got alot foreigner working in pasar, DBKL come there and operasi . some foreigner hiding to the lake and death .(But dunno true or not)
3.)Road Condition very bad due to got big lorry in and out there (Pasar).
4.)Too Many Foreigner rent house there. make the propeties price drop.
5.)RM550 /sqft over pricy for selayang area.
6.)Some people are saying this JL99 director name no good in there.

or you have more you can sharing to me??
Sorry for my limited english. btw i hope to get more confidence in this project. because the location really nice for me in future .

Oh, Akisama. ONE RESIDENCES . Luxury project!!!

You better think carefully before buying Akisama luxury project. They never follow the layout plan they submitted. The entire beautiful environment you see at the building model and flyers when launching is purely an “artist impression” to impress you to buy. All the green area they show or print in their flyers is nothing more than a trick to make their customer to believe that is what they will get.

Ask their previous purchaser or visit their recent completed project, you hardly find any landscape area which they draw in their flyers and even their layout plan. The finishing can only describe using five alphabets S.U.C.K.S. I visited most of their recent project before. They share something common “What you see is NOT what you will get”. They keep reusing the same concept and tactic again and again without even making much change.

You can check at the finishing quality of their so called “Luxuriously crafted and design to achieve the highest quality of life” 288 Residences .I visited friend’s 288 Residences and its common area and I am laughing non-stop as I see the entire finishing look similar to Connaught Avenue and Parkland OUG . Maybe this is the definition of “LUXURY” by Akisama.

If you are interested to buy a luxury condo, there is a lot of trustworthy developer out there. Why choose a developer who never follow its own plan, never kept their promises, do not know how to build landscape and have an abnormal definition on “Luxury”?

Buy Akisama ONE RESIDENCES??!! Better think again.

Look at the facilities listed, look promising right? From all its previous project that my friends bought, sorry to says that the facilities not all are belongs to “Common Facilities”(read your SPA carefully). The different is that “Common Facilities” is a part of common area while a “Facilities” does not means it is a part of common area which means private own. Thus, the developer can use for other purposes such as allowing certain people to Sojourn in the so call “Facilities” and utilizing the resources of the other owner.

My friend who bough Connaught Avenue with Akisama who is selling this so call luxury ONE RESIDENCES project told me that he buy Akisama project and get a FREE “Parasite” (a lady and its family) living in the facilities called “nursery” . This lady self proclaim as Akisama boss relative and her husband work for Akisama. They claim that Akisama boss let their family stay there and her family Occupied one of the handicap parking and claim that the handicap parking was assigned by the boss to them. The best part is that the unit she occupies didn’t even pay a cent to the maintenance fund. This old lady always act like a boss and made lot of complaint, refuse to follow instruction (act like she is the boss) and causing harass to the staff who work in the buildings.

You better consider carefully before buy into Akisama project!
