if only MRT Line 2 confirm at Bandar Msia.....else this wouldn't be feasible......light industrial area......super dusty and noisy.....

Type A 888 sf (2R2B) & type B: 1,250 sf (3R3B). From RM760 psf. No car park attached. 1 level extra RM2K. KLCC/ Pool view (North-West) extra RM36K than Cheras view (East-South). Rebate RM10K and another RM45K if opt-out for furniture. Booking RM20K.

All condo units below supporting the 4 bungalow, true reflection on poor and rich.... funny design.
