QUOTE(Victor3010 @ Aug 29 2016, 04:38 PM) Actually that's a 1080p video crop out, the clearer photos are stored elsewhere... For the phantom 4 Camera spec is 12 Megapixel Video is 4k Night time quality, only image can pakai, night video tak boleh... Flight wise, it is very stable even under strong wind All those sold in Lazada, Banggood and ebay can pakai or not? I saw some sold for around RM100 or less also...

Vic3010, thanks fpor taking time and effort to update us. You really put the people who was supposed to do this at BRDB, to shame. Appreciate your works.

QUOTE(Victor3010 @ Sep 7 2016, 02:06 PM) I think you are referring to phase 1e which is for commercial No. I was referring to the square block just above the canal. What is this for? Waterfall ah? See the yellow line I drew. This post has been edited by 4eyes: Sep 7 2016, 10:20 PM Attached thumbnail(s)

QUOTE(Victor3010 @ Sep 26 2016, 10:33 PM) MML is still the best from Malaysia. Then Guoco. The rest are 2 or 3rd tiers. I didn't know much abt MML until I moved into DPC. This post has been edited by 4eyes: Sep 26 2016, 10:45 PM

QUOTE(Victor3010 @ Sep 26 2016, 11:00 PM) Lets an further if when Venus Tile appears at those Renovation Fair Anyway, if BRDB can give the same quality and finishing for the timber flooring & doors & frames like the show units, I am more than happy already. The tiles, I dunno if they will fade in colour through time... This post has been edited by 4eyes: Sep 26 2016, 11:17 PM

QUOTE(Amrip @ Oct 4 2016, 04:48 PM) Anybody notices why the pillars of car porch for end & corner lot are different from the initial designs? Firstly, it's a mirror image i.e. opposite view, so you can't really compare. Secondly, the corner/end-lot's pillar shared with the intermediate unit has yet to be bricked up. The end pillar is however not bricked up, see cataloque. I think it's not deviating from the cataloque.

QUOTE(Victor3010 @ Oct 4 2016, 05:03 PM) Yeah lo.. Seems that all changed to become pillars liao, gotta refer to S&P.. But the intermediate ones still looks the same... I'll upload somemore photos later taken today Vic, since you have some construction background, will the sandbricks pose a problem when we drill into the wall i.e. will it make a big hole in the wall?

QUOTE(Victor3010 @ Oct 5 2016, 08:18 AM) When you drill a hole of C diameter of D depth, the hole size volume should remain as, pi x (C/2)^2 x D in depth... These cement sand bricks are not so teruk like drilling a cake But not to worry too much, as, i) Tamansari is using Cement Sand Bricks instead of the similar looking and more brittle Aerated Lightweight Concrete block, whereby you could use a handsaw to cut it off ii) Cement Sand Bricks also got different level of specs, a good spec Cement Sand Bricks can end up better than a lower spec red Clay Brick iii) On another note, when viewerd structurally, you will be seeking a Brick that's good in compression instead of tension Woah, your answers very deep. So to simplify, how do we know kind of bricks they using?

QUOTE(wvt @ Oct 9 2016, 05:48 PM) Anggun city is so dull now, 95% of the shops are empty. However there is a Korean BBQ shop just opened recently over there. Most likely Kemaris 36 will suffer the same fate.

QUOTE(TinyPikachu @ Oct 15 2016, 10:54 PM) I questioned the lawyer. They insist I didn't initial. Which I really doubt so. And they also confirm they won't tampered my document. What else can I say. So in short, I have a SNP which only has the developer initials but without mine. That's really weird. Lawyer is Soh Hayati. Just minor change I.e compass North from 12 o'clock to 9 o'clock. All pages except signing pages are to be initialed by both parties. Must have slipped through the cracks... This post has been edited by 4eyes: Oct 16 2016, 01:10 AM

I think it's aluminium. I think it's better than rubber for our hot weather. Rubber will crack over time.
