If so, then it should be around rm360psf, 30% upside premium on completion on ameryllis. Kundang Estates rm330psf? About there. Camelia pecah rm400psf for Rawang upon completion? Haha!

Went to the site yesterday. At 5.30pm the work pace at Camelia was still feverish! Think Ameryllis should be ready by mid 2017 and Camelia mid 2018. Pretty impressive developmemt.

Anyone knows who is MTL Construction S/B?

I already said the Houz Depot always on sale and stocks not replenished. That is a sign of financial distress. Better they pull out now than we have an abandoned project in the future.

No impact since it was only talk2 and from the start till now was only a short duration. In fact if what Victor had suggested comes true, it will be good for TS valuation.

Vic, looking at the bathtub area, there are 2 pipes underneath i.e. black and white. Are they hot and cold water pipes? I suppose the white is for hot water? What material is that?

Also, for the shower areas, are these 2 types of pipes also running there?

Look at the masterplan map. Shows that the showhouses will be 2 lines. So the current units will be extended sideways and to the front I.e. temporary clubhouse and showroom demolished?

Vic, the railing almost same as DPC's earlier phase as per below. Not bad lah, based on picture. Also, the footpath in DPC is not all standard, some are same as Tamansari's but those around the lake are wider.
