Astonishing to see such good response without much promotional activities being carried out.
Hope to see even better results when officially launched.

The Amaryllis bumi release lot also enjoying the same good response ?

do visit the sales gallery again in 6-9months and compare the sales chart.

After just 1 week, from 1 unit to 17 units sold.. Only banners and little bit of radio airtime.. For Bumi release lot of amaryllis I am not sure, maybe in two weeks time I go and visit again.. The pic was sent by someone else actually

My last update with SA was at 5 Jan. That time only 1 unit sold.....
Was it a group purchase or what

I heard that there was a sizable crowd yesterday viewing the show house too.. Probably word of mouth and the myth that year end selling property is slower is true..

At least this shows that property market isn't so stagnant after all...

Good quality sells for itself

so many bumi reserve lots. later want to sell will be difficult?

Majority of the bumi lots will be converted back for open sales, just like the Amaryllis.
But the minimum lots that really need to be reserved is still a guess.
Anybody could advise ?
