the design of product by BRDB will definetely beat the other competitors hands down

question is if rawang market can absorb this price because am not so sure demographics of rawang

for setia alam, lots of upgraders from PJ and Klang

i am buying mainly for capital appreciation

Design wise, not too bad..sth that can last at least 10yrs overall looks.. Any buyers like me in this chatgroup?

Beemaro, cap appreciation might take awhile, at least until half the development is ready?and also the infrastructure ie. Jln batu arang road widening..etc.

1) location rawang, coz not sure the market outside KL
