Just check on iproperty, that project called Anggun2 selling 950-980k..since when landed talk about build up not talk about land size? Land size for Anggun semi d is 40x75, Camelia 1.0mil type b is 26x65?

Conceptual vs normal development
With amenities vs no amenities
With lush landscaping vs normal landscaping

For me, since strata no renovation, so gotta max out the built up upon purchase, and maintain a garden that is not too big would suffice.

There's also price to pay for the brand of BRDB smile.gif

Camelia is 1mil for both 26x65 and 26x70, few k difference for the extra 5' garden

SA has mentioned that townhouse will come right after Camelia, targeted to launch in 2016.
Some part of the commercial, a clubhouse and international school will also be ready when Amaryllis VP.
The only uncertain is the upgrading of state road B27 (Jalan Batu Arang) shakehead.gif

Those would be individual owners like anggun city.. something whereby brdb themselves manage the tenants would be more desirable, unique in rawang..

Yeah! So many place to have barbecue it seems. Will Amaryllis get the same level of tree, plants, flower choices too? The ones in Camelia does look great! biggrin.gif

Seems the updated their tagline too to:

Here, we celebrate a world where children are free to roam the hills and jovial lakeside picnics within the sanctuary of safety thanks to 24/7 integrated perimeter security and CCTV surveillance system.
With a lakeside commercial hub, you can find an international school, retail shops, offices, clinics, educational facilities and other amenities for your personal convenience.

A freehold, gated community rising on the back of an undulating hill, lushly embraced with pockets of thriving gardens across 245 acres, Taman Sari is a promise of lasting value and a living inspiration of enduring natural beauty.
