Rawang terrace house also sell 1.0mil nowadays! Installment + daily transportation at least need to spend RM6000 every month, if got RM6000 budget, stay close matured area/working place would it better?

Strata landed is just a gimmick, a lot of restrictions also, 1.0mil really got a lot of choices, for this price, willing to travel far distance, do you think cyberjaya landed would it better and higher potential in future?

Just check on iproperty, that project called Anggun2 selling 950-980k..since when landed talk about build up not talk about land size? Land size for Anggun semi d is 40x75, Camelia 1.0mil type b is 26x65?
