Just had a tour with the BRDB sales agent at the completed site of phase 1.

For those who said that this had the look and feel of when DPC first started, oh my goodness what a big disapointment .

Sad to say that the promised linear parks and pockets of gardens are nowhere to be found. Totally not like the first phase of DPC at all

I was eyeing this project myself but after seeing the actual completed products..well hell no Im gonna buy here..

For those eyeing this project, please go request to have an actual look of the finished product first.

Brdb can simpan skin liao. They are still an ameture for township development.

If want very good township development. Only gamuda, t&t and dpc only.

In the beginning not many people said DPC was pretty or nice or got linear park, this and that. It was after the lake, landscaping and waterfront retail were done and prices start to move up, ah, got expatriates, then people said yaya, nice.

Ph 1 also includes Camelia. Amaryllis, I would say look a bit like Amelia, if you want to compare, not much open spaces.

Dpc i consider one hit wonder nia.

T&T ada apa township beside sierremas? Do u know that they have been trying to sell their park manor for more than 5 years already?

And you hace ignored sime paramount setia inp ioi and etc.

Been to the sales gallery. Love the environment and concept of the township but the sloooowww sale of Camelia since launching really put me off sad.gif

Scientex just launched their maiden project(in Selangor) next to this development.

Terrace DS nett selling RM 458k

Semi D nett selling RM 638k.

All sold out phase 1 during soft launch.

Even sharing same access road with Taman Sari.

Drawback is that Scientex is gonna build the low cost Rumah Selangorku right smack at the Taman Sari junction (facing main road).

Any thoughts on how this would affect Taman Sari sales?

Scientex selling just house without lifestyle. Looks like Loh & Loh sold the land. What a pity.

Thinking of going to visit the Sales Gallery today but been calling the Sales Gallery no to make appointment and no one is picking up. Does anybody know the hp contact for the developer sales agent?
