yup... Kundang Estates is indeed around that price... Tamansari prices still at RM300 psf as of now...

To put into perspective, that Kundang Estate price is what I paid for my renovated home in dpc 10 years ago. That price is also what Mah Seng and other developers are asking for a leasehold condo in Sg Buloh, Damn Damai, Kepong.

Crazy isn't it? But with a Gen Y pop making the highest population, and with real GDP in double digits, I don't see prices coming down.

The BP for the international school has been submitted, so most probably can start work in less than 6 months time

As far as I know, the response is encouraging so unlikely they will cancel it

is this Tenby.. would be good if it goes through as nowadays international schools are gaining in popularity with the locals

I think now expect opening in 2018 only....
