So far I don't think Semenyih is flood prone area, especially the area around Tesco such as Pelangi Semenyih 1 and 2.

The entrance to Sunway Semenyih, traffic light near Klinik Kesihatan Kajang heard got flood before, but in recent year MPKJ do put in effort to overcome the issue..

As a matter of fact, if using the Lekas Ecohill link, actually can bypass all these area, straight highway till the Setia Ecohill..

Honda owner now still need go to Kajang via Ecohill link, but in near future no need already, since new Honda sale and service center shall be opened in Semenyih next to McD...

In those day. Kk is middle of klang and subang. Subang price already 400k. But kk launched at 200k. Half cheaper.  And the graduate salary was 2300. Kk also just next to big factory shah alam. Few km to klang industry. Logistic was booming that time. Job is plenty there. Few km again to pj sunway etc.  Subsale is booming.
Now. Graduate salary 2600. But semenyih launching already almost matching pj price. Semenyih si beh far. The next big town is kajang. Kajang itself not much job opportunity. Semenyih  still so ulu. So many ladang available.
Semenyih subsales is death. Bank valuation si depress. Until got forumer everyday need to promote this areas is good none stop. But repeat repeat the same accounts praises semenyih daily.

Well, everyone has his own preference on the places they interested in, no right or wrong. If someone not interested in a certain area, just move on to other places. However, when making any claims about Semenyih, please be factual supported by evidences.

Every township also comes from sibeh ulu background.. Setia alam, kota kemuning, even puchong itself also used to come from sibeh ulu place mah... Place shall develop and grow, today sibeh ulu doesn't mean forever will sibeh ulu mah, no?

For a person like me who always travel in and out from Semenyih, I would said it is fairly convenient with the Lekas link. I personally have captured some videos about the travel and you may have a look on them to consider whether is it convenient or not.

I told you earlier, semenyih still need sometime to get everything in place.. But some people just too ignorant and said everything already in place...
I don't say semenyih have no potential... There is, just that I prefer to look on first before committing.. Some ppl just don't understand.. If semenyih have no potential, I will not waste my time coming here and boosting with doomdoom although I know he's a king of booster.. Probably he parked few billion in semenyih... So he can't afford to lose.

He can comment from a property to google, to wikimap, to English, to space.. But nothing special and attractive...
