Lol.. Need to understand that Setia Ecohill 2 still got some time before launching.. They are still in the progress of planning I presume. Normally for such township development, residential unit come before commercial.. This is to ensure that they have enough population inflow to sustain the commercial activity in future.

Commercial plot of Setia Ecohill 2 + Silversquare EcoMajestic is around 200 acres, I presume something "mega" most likely will happen there, but not too soon..

Now the attention is on the commercial plot in Setia Ecohill 1, something big is coming, though not mega yet.. brows.gif brows.gif

By the way, this is the illustrative picture release by EcoMajestic about the silversquare and the new Lekas interchange..

The new Lekas interchange already started with good progress, pillars for both sides already up.

I hope so.. Last time hearsay there will be a new college / university in Setia Ecohill 2, no confirmation yet of course.. As I said, combining mostly is a 200 acres commie plot, definately can plan for something "mega"...

Mahkota Hill seems more suitable area for retirement, infra connection just too weak..

We have discussed this before... For the time being, no road yet... In future, maybe there will be a new "east-west link" that able to conenct EM to Bangi Avenue, so that Bangi resident can access Lekas, while Semenyih resident can access the north-south highway through Putra Mahkota toll... I think need long time to realize as this is not something planned by the developers, mostly need to rely on local authority..

Good question, I used to assume the yellow plot is belong to EM as well, but surprisingly it is not in the masterplan... hmm.gif hmm.gif

Nevertheless, that plot of land is very near to the Bangi chicken farm, developer must have good courage if want to build residential houses there..

Well, I won't say it is cheap, rather it is affordable.. Pelangi Semenyih 1 and 2 are the housing projects that VP in recent 3 - 4 years.. So far the occupancy rate in Pelangi Semenyih is about 90% while Pelangi Semenyih 2 is around 70 - 80%.

Yeah, different people may have different risk appetite, perhaps some mature area such as Cheras, balakong, sungai besi maybe more suitable for you I presume.. For you, perhaps you would consider Semenyih area when they already developed... For me, after 5 - 7 years, maybe it's the time for me to dispose some properties in Semenyih area already. There's no right or wrong in this context..

Perhaps you can share what's the more potential place elsewhere? hmm.gif hmm.gif

Thanks. I presume it's still long time to go for EcoMajestic, perhaps after EM takes shape, there will be some planning on this plot of land in future..

To build a flyover bridge crossing the LEKAS is not cheap, if ultimately EM obtain this piece of land I presume will open a connecting road from the new interchange..

This area is a key for Semenyih resident to access NS highway in a more direct manner, hopes one day it can be realized...

There is one Mazda facility in a factory space in Bandar Teknologi. Do note that Bandar Teknologi comes under Semenyih address. I thinks its some sort of CKD assembly plant or some sort of storage and distribution facility for imported cars of some sort. From the road you can see all Mazda cars and SUVs parked inside. This is somewhere near the Almag factory located on top of the hill. I'll try to Google map the info and road address and tell you all later. I've been there and seen the facility personally myself (from outside the road).

I know there is a Mazda service center along Jalan Semenyih, about 300 meter from Billion Semenyih, which call Prima Merdu Sdn Bhd. It is located opposite of Shell station and before the junction turning to Mydin hypermarket Anggerik Semenyih if from Semenyih direction.

That one is like a showroom, the one I saw is a factory somewhere inside Bandar Tek.

I think both come under Semenyih address.

There is another car showroom beside the Mazda right? What showroom is that one? Somewhere near the Blacktop factory.

P.S.:Updating info.......Semenyih has 3 Shell petrol stations (forgot to include the Bandar Tek/Anggerik one) + Mazda showroom and Proton showroom also.

Prima Merdu is using Kajang address, but it is located at a very borderline close to mukim Semenyih. As I said, just 300 meter from Billion Semenyih. It is a show room and 3S service center, not manufacturing plant.
