500k DSL really cheap.... probably cheapest in KV, no wonder everybody rushing for semenyih, this are one of the factor... but to me, semenyih is more to speculation... and ofcoz the cheaper price play an important role too..
thats why need 5 years, once population in place.. infra will come in slowly... but nothing is sure... so i still think after 5 years to look at semenyih is not late... there are more potential place elsewhere.. because you pay peanut, you get monkey...

FYI, the yellow parcel is belonging to DRB-Hicom. EcoWorld bought their eM land from DRB last time. Same as what they did in Johor for eSpring and eSummer.

There is one Mazda facility in a factory space in Bandar Teknologi. Do note that Bandar Teknologi comes under Semenyih address. I thinks its some sort of CKD assembly plant or some sort of storage and distribution facility for imported cars of some sort. From the road you can see all Mazda cars and SUVs parked inside. This is somewhere near the Almag factory located on top of the hill. I'll try to Google map the info and road address and tell you all later. I've been there and seen the facility personally myself (from outside the road).

Ah, I forgot about that Mazda showroom, just opposite the Shell. But I wonder wether that one comes under Semenyih address?

That one is like a showroom, the one I saw is a factory somewhere inside Bandar Tek.

I think both come under Semenyih address.

There is another car showroom beside the Mazda right? What showroom is that one? Somewhere near the Blacktop factory.
