There is also another class of land...under religion...that one I think can have higher bumi quota like 70%....there is one such development in USJ.

Hi All, I just bought a sub-sale unit at Taman Tasik Semenyih.
Prolly will move in somewhere in February 2015. I plan to stay only on Friday to Monday due to my in law's house is nearer to my office. so it's more economical if I just stay there.
