Mahkota Hills is quite far away from semenyih, almost if not bordering NS.

Mahkota hills is very far from the main road, some more is located between the border of beranang and lenggeng.. The design of the bangalow..

I went to Mahkota Hills few months back.

Its like a Ghost Town, completed Single Storey Bungalows but the Lalang in the garden is almost as tall as an adult person.

SA said the non-Bumi Quota fully sold already but can buy land and build your own bungalow.

Does the Mahkota Hills means Bandar Bukit Mahkota? Any trademark to search on Google Map?

main reason is cos Mahkota Hills has a much higher Bumi Quota, was told its 70% by the SA.

Yup, the location is totally different . But easily to mistaken as bandar bukit mahkota due to its name.
