It is in grey area. They could not charge your credit card again as you had requested cancellation. They have to refund to you by the law. They even could not charge to your account as without your agreement.
If they do it, they will offense the law.
They have their right to ask you return but they need to provide detail and negotiate. They don't have right to step in your house to collect. They will follow your schedule.

Well at least the 2nd batch would be arriving the new MLC instead of the potentially problematic TLC... mine came with the TLC

Not yet, but I haven't fully utilize the 64GB yet... what I read is it only starts to act up when its fully utilized... especially on the 128GB.

after 2 weeks of use i'm finally going naked. feels so good in the hands.

Hmm, someone posted the method few pages ago if not mistaken. There's a way to check the OS dump and see if its 2 bits (MLC) or 3 bits (TLC).

But, Maxis customer service given wrong information all the time. Like my case, I called them after received a call from BS, CS told me that ignore and no delivery.
