Been to this sales office last months. Quite impressive and also check out the developer backgroup.

Overall 90% satisfied but unfortunately no book given a lot choice of units.

Guys, any ideas on the institutional development above lake point, in between lake front and segi? Technically, pretty big built up. Wondering whether commercial or residential.

What about Symphony Park? Heard the project abandoned. Think the developer , Luxstar was planning low cost residences which does not appeal to the prime location / worth of the land mentioned.

Rm300psf nett cheapest landed in Cyberjaya now. To cater for those like low maintenance fee and non frill G&G at quite a good and centre location. Opposite MCT lakefront project by a pretty big china developer.

They are doing their condo show units at upper floor. Sales office only has scaled models at the moment. This project is managed by two agencies.

Haha. Don't know the developer means need to do research. Cannot be everything spoon feed right? 7 or 8 yrs ago, forum was full of information to share but nowadays...all pm pm pm. The mentality needs to change. Property investment is not buying toys. Visit the site, sales office and survey surrounding development, market prices, demographic, masterplan of township. If you don't workhard on it then don't complain you only get leftover or undesired units. Seriously, i am quite sick the complains from gen y. I am sure many gen y are not, means you are in the right track. Those complains let them continue to complain.

Like this project. Cheapest landed in Cyberjaya. if you dont workhard to visit cyberjaya, you wont know the project or visit the sales office to put cheques. Now, ppls complain most good units are gone but others have done their homework long time ago. Good things dont come easy. That's life.
