For you to get to Sri Muda, you need to pass through all three roundabouts at Kota Kemuning right. Or, there is another way to get to Sri Muda from KK without going through all the roundabouts?

I just came across rimbayu showcase in ONE U, I did not really ask more from the SA as they are busy entertaining others.  The prices if I can remember was from 8XX k, anybody know the price for a Corner lot for Phase 5 ?

I am working in ONE U area, how long it takes to travel if any body work around here as well.

my gut feeling is telling me that there are very few active phase 2 owners here and FB. U can see most of active ppl are phase 1 owners in both FB and LY... Also, confirmed my friend who bought phase 2 will not stay...wait to flip in the next 5 yrs.
