not so good news for those late buyers who keen to move in asap. I just called Rimbayu and was told that they are still doing final checking on each unit and the check is being done according to the S&P date. The later you sign the later your unit will be inspected. They are sending more VP letters today but dunno how many and how many that have been sent so far. Also.. no assurance what is the latest date to get the keys.

on another note.. most of the 22x75 units have had their TNB meter installed (at least the first few rows) and the 24x75 was not installed yet.

i think you can request from the bank to start your loan installment payment, rather than continuing paying the progress interest.

i did that many years ago, and the bank allowed me to do so even though it was not part of the loan agreement.

what if they handing out keys to later buyer and not to earlier buyer? then earlier buyer will claim same like yours... some more they pay interest earlier than you. why ijm is giving keys to late buyer?

Just called the bank Standard Charthered. They logged the case  and will call me back in 24 hours. Wow. It takes quite a while to get just a response the bank

My opinion
- 1 of the 1.8M unit is VERY near a surau site, the other 1.8M unit is about 500m from a proposed BIG Mosque (could be advantage or disadvantage depending on personal opinion)
- Its single storey, high ceiling only for the living hall
- Built up is 2030sqft, hence it looks pretty SMALL
- THe main entrance is located at the side, u drive in from the gate, and walk to the side to enter your house
- You can park about 4 cars infront, but its gonna be TIGHT, 2 cars would be more comfy
- Bad point is, your neighbours will all look DOWN on you since their is double stry
- 2nd Bad point, though the land is BIG, its distributed AROUND the house, hence it looks small, you dont get a nice bid area to play with

I dont think I will get it.... but the wife spotted another Semi D unit there with 6000+ land... so we are considering that.... but PeriWinkle is 7km from the Kota Kemuning 2nd roundabout...... that's pretty far.. and is currently the MAIN consideration.. if it was in KK... I would have booked it on the spot..
