Ya, they can spend so much for the arc, so should make a better park and landscape for their township.

Chimes landscape nothing to shout. small play ground, tight road.

Maybe need more time to improve, hopefully.

That one is freehold land owned by a company.

Last time proposed taman called kemuning jaya but at last they re-plant all the oil-palm tree.

So i guess development only happen 2-3 decade more.

i feel very typical design with the typical furniture.

Everybody use the same element now days.

Should make one zakka style or rustic contemporary style.
