I know its slightly off topic being not exactly about Rimbayu, buts its just next to it!

I went to Tropicana Aman launch on the 2nd day... to look at their G&G linked homes.

ALL the corners were sold out within 2 days blink.gif

Prices were about 1.04M for double storey corner , and 1.2M for 3 storey corner.

Corner units are 24x75, while intermediate are 22x75.

Sorry forgot to ask price for intermediate units as I wasnt interested in those. But looking at those prices, I'm pretty sure the intermediate would be asking for higher then the RM660k Chimes subsales offers going around currently...

There is another tract of land between Rimbayu and KK 3rd roundabout.

That's pretty long/big place.... i'm sure smaller developers will line the place up with small scale shops/residential development soon.

Those oil palm tree doesnt look newly replanted... looks about 10~15 yrs old trees to me... didnt pay attention this weeknd to see see again.

Anyway, oil palm prices now not so good... might as well develop it.. cause if u have KK/rimau on one side... and RImbayu/ES/TA on the other side... you being in the middle and FREEHOLD..... value sure shoot up...

Heh... anyway I wasnt swayed. I was very specific being only interested in the 3 special units and MAYBE the corner lots (but once it turned out they only have about 4500sqft land i also lost interest).

Anyway, they can play whatever games la... EcoSanctuary coming... maybe look into that instead

ps : More likely sold out cause of the 1 month full deposit refund la...

Mine only like 3400sqft land, and costing me slightly over 1 mill.

I'm kinda hunting for something with more land... minimum 5k... preferably somewhere around 6k+

Built up 2 storey... 2.5k ish is enuf for a small family..

I seen a few corner unit subsales in KK with around 6k land... going for 1.6

U can measure it on different timing, morning, lunch, after work.
