Secondly, someone said IJM will complete the bare show unit for periwinkle and scarlet on June.

i hv noticed selling price for chimes is intermediate 1mil and corner 1,3mil...
but is there any buyer coming with such price or its just some prop agent that self valuating it?

3 storey not good for family with old people.  Many can't walk up and down easily....

well, usually old people will stay at the ground floor room. I looked at the TA 3 storey layout, the ground room looks okay.
