It will take time. At least 5 years from now only you will be able to see a little bit "BOOMING". Like, Kota Kemuning, it takes 15 years to be like current condition. tongue.gif

hm.... that mean the buyer fetch around 150k after VP. Even minus out all expenses, he can still easily get 70k and above. Quite decent profits in two years time rclxms.gif

Much depend on individual. If you do not mind on HTC, then TA might be a better choice for you with their masterplan which include a 85 acres central park. Their club house should ready by the phase 1 ready.

For Wisteria (Rimbayu) you will have a ready township by the time Wisteria is ready (Phase 1 - 4) should have at least 70% occupancy rate. You too will be able to enjoy the Tropicana central park and club house as it is open to public. He he he.....

More important you have to decide whether you like the gateless (TA) vs the gate (Wisteria). biggrin.gif There aren't any right or correct, for own stay, it is important which one you like more.

Now Chimes sub-sales asking for 660K (bumi) / 720K (non-bumi). Understand that till now still no successful transaction yet. Anyone would like to guess what would be the first transacted price. Whoever guess it right no gift.... just for fun tongue.gif
