mine sign snp in march and start paying interest in July. Bank disbursed payment to IJM within that 90 days grace period.

just continue to follow up with your lawyer and ijm. Got people charged 15k interest because bank delay in disbursement.

I work in OU area also and one of the reason why I bought Rimbayu was because one of my colleague who stay in Kota Kemuning told me to take a look at this project.

that was expected la kan... with Chimes entry prices, packed hall during balloting etc.. sure lots of flipper. by the time Perennia VP it's only +- 5 month only. Won't see full occupancy 50% also susah I think... but surely there will be people already staying there.

err..this show house for 22 or 24? 22 don't have maid room. their kitchen is bigger than 24 because no maid room. I also wonder why they don't put any tv. If i remember correctly only the corner unit show house got tv / tv room.

yeah the upstairs living room for 22 is smaller and not perfectly rectangular? the 2nd and 3rd room door is not aligned straight.

As for the small room at the back, I think it's not maid room but a laundry room.

is this about late delivery penalty? I asked SA/lawyer last time when sign the S&P and they said for those late buyers the delivery will be 2 years from S&P sign date. So even if they deliver the keys to us in April we won't get to claim the late delivery penalty but not sure if this is correct.

The last batch which account for most of the buyer will only get their VP letter sent out on 31st March. I checked with one of the IJM staff who bought Chimes. Even she is IJM staff she also can't get the keys earlier. Then one of the SA said there will be a welcoming party for Chimes owner in middle of April but as usual no confirmation/card/invitation yet.

not so good news for those late buyers who keen to move in asap. I just called Rimbayu and was told that they are still doing final checking on each unit and the check is being done according to the S&P date. The later you sign the later your unit will be inspected. They are sending more VP letters today but dunno how many and how many that have been sent so far. Also.. no assurance what is the latest date to get the keys.

on another note.. most of the 22x75 units have had their TNB meter installed (at least the first few rows) and the 24x75 was not installed yet.

all these agents are very clever. First they test the market put up 800K for Chimes to get the owner who want to sell to list with them. Once they got the property they put ridiculous low price to attract buyer like u said.
