subsales got agent call already. 890k for intermediate and 1.3 mil for corner lot  tongue.gif
*
it seem like the agents are calling a lot of owners.. offering around the same price. Good to know the price has appreciate but my major concern.. How the hell they got our numbers?? Did someone in IJM land leaked our details? then why need to sign the PDPA thingy?

Yeah I live and work in PJ. But PJ is too congested. If I move to Rimbayu, I think it will be nice, then can rent the PJ house for higher rental. But sometimes just thinking of traffic back to PJ is not a good thought. Perhaps I should change job to Cyber.. but problem is the kids schools etc. Sigh!
*
I've been thinking the same thing. My wife is already working in cyberjaya and this is one of the reason why we bought rimbayu. I work near OU now and also thinking to change job to cyber. Anyone know any vacancies in cyber icon_idea.gif

Is rimbayu under the flight zone? Klia is nearby...
That day went to Arc walk walk outside, can hear the noise when plane passing through...
*
I think so for local flight. Use Air Asia from KT to KLIA and can see we flown over Rimbayu (saw the Arc).

Thanks for the input. So the conclusion the road will higher ~400mm over the phase 2 zone 6. Hmm... headache+ing... not sure how it feel in future....
*
this is from Chimes.. one side is a bit higher than the other one. The levelling next to Zone 6 also should be more or less like this right.. I think should be ok.

good la for you... perhaps we develop a good relationship in our new neighborhood...

like now... i always open wide my gate..except left & right side neighbors only 1-2 other neighbor stop by & say hi or have short chitchat... maybe they're too busy or i'm busy when they're free hahaha...
even to greet while driving is so hard..they're like to speed more than 40kmh in the street...very disappointed with this kind of people...

i cant remember total unit of my taman..i think more than 400unit...with 5 sub phases and 3 entrance/exit... really hard to unite & form RA... although manage to form RA but not fully support by resident endup disband... finally we splitted by 3... both end side phases form their small RA & success deployed G&G...while my phase in the middle stay without G&G...

so hopefully rimbayu resident will not do this among each others...
*
about the F&G for Chimes.. when I spoke to the SA last week (Chinese lady, not old but older than the rest) said that

- once approved by the local council they will build the guard house. Should be no issue since we all sign the letter
- Fence. She confirmed IJM will do it but resident must form RA and submit on our own to the local council for the approval to fence.. If approved then IJM will help to build.

so have to quickly set up RA once VP la biggrin.gif

You are from Chimes?  Count me in  tongue.gif

1: You
2: Me
3: .....

Really hope can form the RA sooner.
*
I think Botack made the list before.. maybe on the first page of previous thread. Anyhow I was thinking that we don't need so many people at first. Maybe just a few people to set up protem committee to register the RA and what not. Then during VP/key collection can already distribute RA registration form and consent letter for fencing.

but I don't know if this is doable or not.. can we register RA before VP? Any sifu can help?

Heard the burning smell is during evening time and till next day morning. Just contacted a friend who stayed at deeper side of kk, she didn't smell anything. Maybe we can say rimbayu is free from that too? No worry then hehe. Btw she stay so near also never heard of rimbayu, failure of ijm advertisement?
*
True.. Rimbayu's advertisement is very bad. IJM are willing to splurge money to wrap the whole PUTRA LRT with Rimbayu's advertisement but you can only see "green wrapper". Don't think many people realized it's a township development. Same goes to the advertisement on The Star website (dunno about other newspaper). Just a green color background roll down saying book now or something.. how la like this..

none of my friend heard about this until I told them, even if they are quite active in property.. lol
i asked them to visit rimbayu, then only they say, wah very nice! how come I don't know? I already bought cyber one?!!

The first time i go.. we drove into the lalang (follow GPS), deep inside the wood...

ask the construction worker over there, where is rimbayu? he pointed into the jungle.. (I think he heard where is lembu?)

then we drove inside the jungle.. until there's no more road.. i still walk inside.. until...i finally realized it's not there..

drive back out.. then want to call rimbayu office.. no line!~!

since then my friend always said rimbayu = lembu place.. lol and always complain very far..
but in fact, it's not that far if not because of the trip into that jungle tongue.gif
*
wah.. seriously you got lost? Which jungle did you guys went to?

went over the weekend to for the wisteria launch
quite happening but saw the response, was so so
price is an issue perhaps
workmanship, and material given in respect of price
quite a let down
*
material I can understand but what do you mean by workmanship is a let down?

more disappointed on the material use that one more critical
on finishing i noticed
rough finishing, some doors are really too small
toilet work they can do better
they remove the door to make it feel spacious
little attention to detail
i am looking at the empty show unit
this is purchaser getting
*
owh I thought the show house is just for... show. Obviously the doors are not there, some of the walls are hollow, door frame are hollow and the front yard looks too good to be true.

but what jeghui said is true la.. the sand bricks and fencing for Chimes are lousy. However looking at the exterior of the completed Chimes unit, the quality is quite good. but then have to wait till VP then only can fully judge the overall workmanship.
