The defect warranty is one year right? I looked twice and so far not much defect. I am not sure if I needed someone pro from Rimbayu themselves (they offered) to help look see. LOL. But overall, the workmanship of Chimes is really good.
From the FB page, I also note people moving in already. Did anyone apply Unifi? Ok or not, the signal there in Rimbayu? |

Every time I come to the Arc, I winced because this is supposed to be Rimbayu’a show case but it’s tally no big deal. As a function place, yes, it’s fine. But I can’t imagine any residents benefitting from it. Done really care about the football field? Or that tiny walkway above ground? If one compare to Desa ParkCity, this Arc is a total disaster, lol

An agent called me there was a transaction on Chimes at $820K. Already sold. It's 24x75 but not sure if intermediate or what.
