I think BR also quite numbers of small lake too, but big one will be town park and future bangalow.

Price starts at rm810k. 2% rebate will be given immediately and if you can complete and sign spa by mid march, another 2% rebate will be given. SA said tomorrow will have 100 plus units open for booking.

Just went to TA SA Office.  Seems that both are start fighting..... TA one quite competitive but everything not confirm.  Afternoon got time will go to Rimbayu SA office to have a look.  Hmm......

TA got preview ? Whats the price and size like ? I think rimbayu 880k minus 5% about 836k is quite a good price.... Phase 2 bumi release also 20k cheaper only... This one with nice landscape and GnG is really a steal ... I gues BBB ? I think the 23x75 will be even closer to 800k .... Market really softening... Should have waited for p.5

I plan to apply 3rd house loan joint with wife. In this case can we get 90%?
