Yeah, I also heard the same case from my malay colleague which he bought new house in some other area.

Now VP, he have to pay the late interest in order get the key...
Even not at his fault, bank reject to release money cause the land still under pajakan it seems..

not to say kan cheong, at whoever fault, we the unit owner have to pay.
and oso to avoid the last min behavior of human.

In my case, the lawyer submit the claim document to bank only 1 week before the due date, and dare to tell me they already submitted earlier. Lucky bank side no issue to release money. sweat.gif

Now think think last min probably good oso, skip for daily interest from bank loan..haha

Honestly, work travel between 1U and rimbayu not a good one.
I stay at kepong, visit Rimbayu at Sunday morning took about 1hr.
My place to 1U just 5 to 10 min.

Distance between Kepong and Rimbayu around 40+km...
1U i think abang adik lo...hehe

I m not happy with the dbkl or alam flora, last time garbage collector come 3 times per week, now only twice a week.

Anyone tried to bang wall? got empty sound? lol

Oso the way of the glass door installed or build may make the grille look ugly later...probably no enough space for it
