Today went to Kota kemuning Ocean restaurant makan altho rimbayu still close...
Kind of disappointed, fish head pot cannot find fish head, simple fried vege small size costing 18...

New township really so lousy on food option? Kepong area still the best in term of food option

For rough estimation of size, you can use the scaled floor plan.

We should get detail floor plan from IJM actually.
I only got the simple floor plan from snp, which not even show where is the piping for sink...

For rough estimation purpose, can use the simple floor plan from snp or brochure..

For detail one, only IJM will have it before vp, can try luck lo..
Pls inform me too if they are providing..hehe

For actual reno, better do measure onsite and confirm.

Better go and see where is the sink pipe, power points etc instead of id...
it will definitely affecting your design

Oso is your type having short wall between wet kitchen and pantry? I notice perennia and scarlet having it..
it seems build to partition the 2 areas, but it make difficulty if you want to merge them and build long stretch of cabinet, the short wall is blocking....
