I totally agree wit proper guard n fencing. However, proper can b very expensive bcos new housing not many move in. Those early birds may not b able to collect enuf to set up a proper guard n fencing. May hv to delay at least another 2 years b4 can consider setting RA le....

For me, no worry on flipper.  Since they want to sell, they would hope for the community to build the guard house & fence as well.  Sure they won't become the committee, but sure they give consent for the guard house and fence.  This would be at no cost to them, but potential to get higher return 

The genuine  owner going to form the RA and do all the donkey job.  But no choice, if we want a better community, that's the fact we need to face.

It will be better if IJM can provide another forms while VP to set up RA. in this case we need not to gather all at the same time.

Am not sure bro. I think it is under owner directive maybe. But in S&P already stated water and electricity will be there when we are handed the keys. Maybe since Jeghui requested to be handed the keys earlier that they could not put in the meters on time.
