Takes me on average below 40 min these past 2 weeks to get from KK to KL Sentral.

Add the 7 KM from RImbayu to KK.... I start to worry... that's the only point stopping me form grabbing that Periwinkle

I'm not sure... its anyone's guess cause the roads are not even built yet. Not to mention there are 10,000 house in Rimbayu, God knows how many in Tropicana and EcoWorld.

But... go to any LRT station now... u see a lot of parking around?

To go through KK to reach kesas in morning and after work will be killer traffic.... To me rimbayu - bandar saujana putra link will be the best way to travel for those staying at  rimbayu...... from rimbayu to saujana putra then can access ELITE, MEX, SKVE(till  rimbayu access complete)..... no point in using KK road....

Usually it depends on what time u reach the LRT station... u reach anywhere 8~830... sure gone case no matter how many parking they have...

I work in KL Sentral and I still cant take LRT cause there just isnt any parking..

Under master plan in future Saujana Roundabout will be replaced by flyover linking Saujana ELITE toll gate to SKVE toll gate which will definitely ease the traffic situation.

Worth or not worth depends. because I got friends also every day drive from bukit tinggi to kl work. I think is 50km.
For me, yes got a distance actually. unless you really super love this location and important no jam (out early) will do

That was what I thought at first... took the day off with the wife to go drop by.. was ready to put money down too... until I actually saw the house being built...

The idea sounds good... but if u actually go to the site I think u will give it a pass...

Due to it being single storey, there is hardly any usable space left around the house, not to mention the house next to you (around 15 feet away?) is double storey... so you kinda feel dwarfted and looked down upon..

Also the design... I expected high ceiling since its single storey... but its not... overall i'm not too impressed with the layout

I know its slightly off topic being not exactly about Rimbayu, buts its just next to it!

I went to Tropicana Aman launch on the 2nd day... to look at their G&G linked homes.

ALL the corners were sold out within 2 days 

Prices were about 1.04M for double storey corner , and 1.2M for 3 storey corner.

Corner units are 24x75, while intermediate are 22x75.

Sorry forgot to ask price for intermediate units as I wasnt interested in those. But looking at those prices, I'm pretty sure the intermediate would be asking for higher then the RM660k Chimes subsales offers going around currently...
