when the access to SKVE is opened at Rimbayu, is it possible to use SKVE, then turn to ELITE to go to the future LRT station at PH?

I like the sgl storey bglow in Periwinkle, a very rare "commodity" in new housing areas within 50km radius from KLCC.

Also the design... I expected high ceiling since its single storey... but its not... overall i'm not too impressed with the layout

Sorry forgot to ask price for intermediate units as I wasnt interested in those. But looking at those prices, I'm pretty sure the intermediate would be asking for higher then the RM660k Chimes subsales offers going around currently...
