Bandar Rimbayu and Eco Hill, Eco Majestic (Impressed me a lot, but whether good for investment myself also not sure, but personal love it).
But bascially landed keep about 5 years time also good choice compare highrise in nowadays.

I think last time i mentioned before, just my 2 cents. very personal view.
If i am buyer, AI vs Kota Kemuning, i think love to stay Kota Kemuning more a lot.
But if BR vs Kota Kemuning, then i will consider and think about both,
Kota Kemuning give me peace and more mature township and nearer to Kesas for exit.
BR give me very green and new lifestyle of environment with club house, event and others.

BUT AI seems hard to mature (just my 2 cents), i think got 2 issue, 1st is Commercial happening and 2nd is because AI will give people having perception is circle by a toll to go in for purpose go in (even is cheap toll, but still having a block to go in). Not like puchong toll, paid for access to Bukit Jalil or Serdang..

Just check with SA, confirm IJM will build fencing and boom gate for it.
They will try their best to organise Home party get all owners to attend AGM and to get RA setup and 85% agree.
Because SA said developer point of view also know once phase 1 fence parameter setup nicely, it will help appreciate the BR value.

Yes, will applicable for all precincts. because SA said Local Council only allow them to let buyer to sign the consent of allow build guard house.
So the build Fencing perimeter + Boom Gate need setup RA and get 85% agree, only can submit the request.
