VP is supposed to be sometime early in July according to the Mah Sing rep I spoke to a few days ago...however, I still haven't submitted my deposit for the TNB metre.
Also haven't received a letter regarding the parking so I'm just wondering how Mah Sing is re-allocating the parking spaces...are those owners affected from a certain floor? That's terrible that they went back on their word since the parking lot (I thought) was already fixed?

Looks good but I just noticed that the upper Oxford units still don't have their lights installed, including mine! I've already submitted payment earlier this month, hopefully they'll install the lights soon. I'm excited at the progress! Can't wait to inspect the building and its surroundings soon.
