5-6 units sold in the lelong market already. But all is student suite layout and surprisingly all from Harvard Tower also. I wander why. Got 2 units under the same owner as well.

If got proper studio type unit then is worth 200k. Come fully furnish. I believe easier to rent out those type compare to renting out per room for the 3 students suite bedroom type.

Unit sold already.
And it doesnt matter which tower. Just that demand for normal proper studio unit is better than those 3 bedrooms students suite. Both same size 450sqft. And those masuk lelong one all student suite type.

Units here all come fully furnish. Defeat the purpose even if you buy student suite layout units and then convert it into a normal studio unit. Unless is really cheap price difference (student suite unit vs studio unit), then worth the hassle to do so.

Anyway a 450sqft unit need 2 toilet? 1 should be more than sufficient.

Supply and demand. When supply is more than demand, price will not go up but down instead.
And studio type the worse with surplus supply.
