Good plantation with good land & oil mill, CPO cost is only about RM 1200-1400 per ton leh...

Some company can even go lower.. those are the 'more' efficient companies.

Efficient planters .. high yield per ha & high oil extraction rate = low cost per ton produced..

Yes.. both of them are quite efficient.. BUT.. you look at the high price, seems like market already knows..

Just waiting time to pick the fruits..

Nothing to sell also... fruits not ripe yet.

Selling un-ripe fruits not gonna fetch good price .. sour and bitter.

Need the fruits to ripe then only can taste sweet. Patience while waiting for the fruit to ripe is what makes the big bucks.

Waiting too long to sell, you get rotten fruit.. smelly.

Because IGB corp don't give up much dividend..

Also earning not stable.. because of property development.. hence higher risk..

People invest in REIT for stability and predictable dividend Q after Q ... not for capital gain.
