1) Lipot pulis.
2) Ignore all tow truck f***ers offer.
3) After lipot pulis, call your insurance komani make a notification of exiden. At the same time, ask for a panel workshop nearby your house, ask for workshop name and phone number. Make sure you take note on the time/date you called, the person from the helpdesk to supply you the detail and notification.
4) Arrange your schedule, send in the car for repair.
5) Once car sent in, follow up by asking the workshop to register claim immediately.
6) Call your insurance company, ask for your claim register number. If they said no claim was logged, meaning the workshop has not register your claim. Go back to workshop and question them.
7) Once claim registered, adjuster shall give your car damage assessment
8) Repair job should start, and needed to complete within 21 working days commencing adjuster report date
9) Collect official summon report from pulis
10) Submit lipot to workshop, CC insurans komani.
11) By this time, car should be ready to kolek. Your NCD will be reset 0. Call insurans komani, follow up with claim officer regarding your summon lipot that you're not at fault. Ur insurans komani will claim back the NCD from the car behind jiu.

Do remember if you're aged below 24/not authorized driver, you'll need to pay minimum excess of RM400. If not, you do not need to pay anything. You may ask for all replaceable part to be replaced with NEW because your car is still within 5 year old, and not needed to pay a single cent.
